Iceberg Data Lab (IDL) in collaboration with FAIRR, will delve into the purpose of asssessing comapnies’ biodiversity footprints, how they are constructed, the assumptions and datasets that support them, and how investors can use them to identify risks in their portfolio.

This webinar follows the upcoming publication of FAIRR’s report on companies’ biodiversity footprints, focused on the Food sector. The research is based on publicly available UNEP ENCORE materiality data, as well as company-level biodiversity footprints provided by Iceberg Data Lab inclusive of scope 3. The presentation will also cover a case study on Brazilian beef, one of three in discussed in the report.

The webinar will feature a short presentation by Max Boucher, Senior Manager, Biodiversity and Oceans at FAIRR, and Benedetta Annicchiarico, ESG Analyst at Iceberg Data Lab in charge of the Food sector. They will be joined by Sofía Condés, FAIRR’s Head of Investor Outreach for a panel discussion

The webinar will last an hour and the two sessions will be held:
